Okay so… Hi.

This is an informal post and not how I usually post. This is to whoever is reading this, I may not know you personally but I do know that you’re trying. You’re trying to score good grades, you’re trying to make everyone happy, you’re trying to interact with new people despite your shyness, you’re trying to speak up despite your fears, you’re trying to maintain a diet despite your eating disorders, you’re trying to live despite your problems. And till now, my dear friend, your score has been a 100 on 100, always, despite the tears, the problems, the fears and the whirlpool of emotions.

So if you’ve survived until this point in your life then why give up now? You’re strong. You might say that you’ve been strong for too long now and you want your soul to rest and the only way out this chaos is choking your lungs until you forget to breathe and all that calming and soothing silence turns into nothing but an eery noise piercing through your ears but hey, listen? Amidst all this chaos and confusion, don’t forget to breathe. Because honey, no matter how easy it may seem to stop breathing, just don’t give up yet, please?
You may feel that your efforts that take all of you seem tiny to others and that all your struggles go in vain and nobody worthy notices them but don’t you notice them? And you, darling, are worth a thousand galaxies that shine just as bright and beautifully as those eyes of yours.

If you’ve put your 100 percent into something and someone, then that is all you can do, because that is all you have. And if your 100 percent isn’t enough for someone then well, if something is wrong, then it’s wrong with that someone and not you because you are enough. No, scratch that. You are more than enough.

Just know, that someone out there is always always willing to listen to you. And if that’s all you need, then I’m all ears. I’m not saying that always be happy and smiling because no kidding, there are days that are sunny and there are days when the rain is pouring and the sky is gray. But just believe in yourself. No matter how many times you have ‘failed’ according to you, still, believe in yourself. Because if you don’t, then who will? You are your own knight in shining armour.

And let me tell you some things very honestly. You are beautiful. You are smart. You are strong. You are intelligent. You are a good person. Your body is perfect the way it is because what you see and label as flaws, are nothing but someone’s reasons to smile. You are loved. You are amazing. You are good enough. You’re worth every ounce of happiness that exists in this world. So don’t be afraid to be who you are and keep trying, keep living.

Not because you have to, but because you deserve to.

Lots and lots and lots of love (so much, that it fills the void inside you).
